Cindy’s Holiday Rentals began on a part time basis in October 2005 as a result of discovering an untapped niche market and has since experienced unprecedented growth in a very short time, with today’s business managing properties all over the Mornington Peninsula, helping thousands of people, every year with their family holidays, sports trips and business conferences.

Cindy’s Holiday Rentals has two facets to it. We offer a service to home owners to enable them to earn extra income from their investment property plus we also offer a free booking service to visitors to the Mornington Peninsula looking to book accommodation for their family holidays, business conferences, sports trips, social club outings and respite care.

The business was created and developed after research found that there were plenty of properties not being used and owners that were happy to rent, but needed more of a service, such as a cleaning and maintenance service. This service wasn’t provided by any other agent at the time. As a result, we started with 7 properties in our first season which increased to just over 100 properties within six months as advertising spread by word of mouth.

Having run Cindy’s Holiday Rentals from its inception, business owner, Cindy Sandars has many years experience managing holiday rental accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. We list and manage only quality accommodation that is not over priced and we ensure that guests will only deal with one person from enquiry stage right through to departure and follow up.

Cindy’s Holiday Rentals is not just about booking accommodation for its customers. We provide a very unique, personalised service. We want to be able to make your holidays as memorable as possible and are more than happy to assist with activities and tours, often giving out information and advice on where you can go to play and eat. It is our aim to ensure that you, our guest, receive the highest possible levels of service and advice at all times. You won’t have to browse the internet for hours anymore!!
